IP and MAC Addresses
An IP and MAC address is a number that is assigned to your computer automatically when you use the internet. When you use our Service, our servers log your IP and MAC address. We may use your IP and MAC address to help diagnose problems with our Service, and to administer our Service. Your IP and MAC address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.

Security
We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.
Where possible our services employ encryption technologies including but not limited to ssl/tls,IPSec and WPAx. We will never use un-encrypted transmission where there is a feasible alternative.

Storage of customer information
Our Customer Relations Management software (“CRM”) is stored on servers physically located in our premises.
Basic information that is stored in our CRM database about customers such as a customer’s address, phone number, email address are requested with the customer’s agreement. These details along with technical information regarding a customer’s data tariff plan and a customer’s IP/MAC address is needed to provide the service itself.

Communication
Our CRM may automatically send emails and SMS to customers in certain situations – when an invoice is created, when payment is received or when an invoice is overdue and the service is put on hold. These emails are sent to end customers because they are needed in order to provide the service and operate our business.
Our CRM stores all emails sent to customers, it also stores replies from customers. These emails will only be viewed by our staff where nescessary to administer your account

Data Retention
We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.

Changing Your Information
